Call Center Representative

Four Seasons Home Products LLC. is expanding our call center. We are looking for outgoing, ambitious callers. We provide warm leads (no cold-calling!) and offer paid in-house training– we want you to be successful!

This position is full-time, no nights, and offers base-pay plus uncapped performance-based bonuses! If you are money-motivated, this is the role for you! All scripts and leads are provided for you. We pride ourselves on providing a family-focused, supportive workplace and provide individual and team incentives for reaching goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services and inquiries
• Schedule sales appointments using provided warm leads

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Phone skills- active listening, note taking, etc.
• Technology proficiency- phone, computer, typing, etc.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

• 18+ Years Old
• 1+ Years of Related Experience
• Reliable Transportation
• Excellent Command of Verbal and Written English
