Four Seasons Home Products installed a custom-built entry door and storm door at my home on Wednesday, March 26,2025. The installers, Jason and Jeff, expert knowledge was on full display. They demonstrated that they have the technical knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job at a complete level of excellent. The installation and clean-up were perfect. Coe West-Production Manager, Melissa Hart-Warehouse Office Manager, Austin Fish-Design Consultant, were all extremely knowledgeable regarding my concerns prior to the installation. The entire team clearly showed that they understand the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. My doors are beautiful, and I am very happy with a great new look for my home, at a great price. Looking forward to working with the Four Seasons team again in the future. Mary P
Exceptional Service
Nothing but exceptional service, from our entrance to Four Seasons, Lee's Summit to the completion of our project, which was remodeling of our bathrooms! Patrick, Four Seasons Consultant was extremely helpful, professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful and caring and understand what we wanted. Larry, the installer, highly professional and did an exceptional job. Erika, the office coordinator and scheduler always a friendly voice!!

Design Consultant Meeting
My wife and I had a wonderful consultation with Nathan Smith this morning to plan out a remodeling and guest bathroom upgrade. Nathan was extremely helpful, very professional, and very knowledgable. He was courteous, thoughtful and caring of our property, and understood our concerns. He explained the process, listened to us and helped identify our priorities. Nathan also made sure that we were all on the same page so that there should be no surprises or disappointments in what we have ordered. There was no " high pressure sales" and Nathan was very attentive to our concerns related to previous experiences with Four Seasons. We believe the price quote for our project is fair and we appreciate Nathan's guidance on the details of the project and his awareness of the costs related to certain items in our renovation. We look forward to working with Nathan as we move forward with the scheduling and the actual upgrade. My wife and I both believe that we have a "partner" on our project who will make sure everything goes smoothly.

Beautiful Windows
Four Seasons installed windows at my home on January 23,2025. My initial consultation with Austin Fish was superb. His technical knowledge coupled with an actual demonstration of the benefits of the windows exceeded my expectations. On the day of insulation Jason and Jeff demonstrated excellent customer service and worked diligently to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. The clean up was perfect, no remnants of material left behind. The entire team, Coe -Production Manager, Austin Fish- Design Consultant, Jason and Jeff the two installers were all exceptionally professional. I am really delighted with the outcome of the installation; the windows are beautiful. The unexpected, pleasant surprise was the installation was offered at a great price. I will absolutely recommend Four Seasons to others. Additionally, I look forward to working with the Four Season’s team in the future.
